Thought you guys might enjoy some photos of vintage east coast US Spooky downhill machines. I tried to build them with parts that would be accurate for when the frames were new. :)

hah, wicked... Risse shocks, Stratos forks, BMW 3" clearance monster arches, 1st gen Evil guide (woops, correction, looks like a Mr Dirt with a Supercharger on second glance), massive Azonic seats, dangerboy (I think?) lever blades, Fox Twin Clicker, 8sp XT, 24" trailpimps with 3" Nokians, 3" rise bars, hahaha crazy... haven't seen shit like that for a good 5 years or so!

They're all yours? Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't you also have some other pretty sick bikes in your stable? Used to post on RM and Hcor if I'm not mistaken...

Yep there mine.
Good eyes at identifying the parts, a couple corrections... Mr Dirt Quadbypass fork, Razor Rock Racing levers... I am a sucker for vintage dh stuff...

Awesome, thanks for posting. Love ol' skool MTB stuff too. That adjustable TT is a pretty funky idea, tho the head angle on the first (blue) Spooky looks rather steep. Love the CNC work on the rear ends.

What kind of model years are we looking at here?

Ah nice! I just saw the zero-axle-offset forks and immediately thought Stratos... wouldn't have picked that anyway. Those levers have a bite-point adjuster built in to them yeah?

Nice collection. Surprised no Avalanche shocks though!

Yes there is someone that is trying to bring Spooky back from the dead, though it wouldn't really be the same Spooky, and I don't think they intend it to be. No FTW involved, he is very busy being an owner / frame maker / designer for Sinister Bikes.
