tazer hardtail

Hey guys

After realising that my bigfoot wasn't really what I wanted, I decided to upgrade the frame and see where it took me. I found an intense tazer hardtail frame here for a smallish amount of money and threw most of my bigfoot components onto it. Massive thanks go out to Adam at for the riders, who walked me through the bits I needed and wanted, and managed to save my weekend by finding a set of the reducers I needed to run my qr hub in the 12mm bolt up dropout as well as fielding my obvious newbie questions. Thanks mate!

Unfortunately, within 5 minutes of tightening the last bolt my friend managed to crash going around an easy corner on the road. Thankfully only my fantabulous ten cent piece barends, my brand spanking dmr v8s, and a suprisingly large amount of his skin got damaged.

I don't have any planned upgrades at the moment, as I need to upgrade both my bank account and my riding skills before I can afford and utilise the new bits, respectively. If you have any suggestions feel free to let me know though.

Yeah dude tilt your seat back (Point the front up and back down on the angle) Looks better and performs better on the DJ's ;)

Thanks guys, seat is angled now. I don't really sit on it so I haven't noticed any difference.

The frame certainly is toodles' old one.

Frame: Intense tazer HT
Forks: DJ4s (looking at changing these)
Wheels: Sun SOS, some hubs or other, I don't know
Stem, bars, cranks: Hussefelt
Brakes: Juicy 3s
Seatpost: DaBomb
Seat: Tioga somethingorother
Grips: some dodgy lock-ons from my lbs. The butt plugs were dodgy so I binned them and used ten cent pieces instead. I snapped one today eating shit at the local dirt jumps, so suggestions on new ones please.
