Headsets are headsets. You don't notice a good one, and you'd probably only notice a cheap one when it breaks/grinds, etc.

I bought an Illicit Industries one because they are an Melb. company, but I'm not sure they are still in business.

Everyone goes Chris King for top shelf, but have a look at Aireal Industries if you want to support Aussie Businesses.

I must confess I've noticed no difference between crappy Cane creek headsets and the Illicit one I Use now, the current one is sealed but whatever brand you get they're hardly the most pimpin part of the bike anyway!!

chris king, aerial, or fsa (they are good i have one)....not that you really notice a headset, apart from the fact of how freely it spins...i would get one of those three if i were you

FSA are too heavy i have found

everyone buys chris king because its got a big name, mine feels like SHIT
creaks and grinds.

aeriel look sick
but i always end up just buying cheap light sealled bearing headsets and replace them every now and then
PRO make a nice cheapy its sealed and its only like 40 dollars

my 2 cents

Seriously, you're not going to be able to tell the difference easily, especially when you're dj'ing.

Main attraction to Chris King headsets are there lifetime. They have a 10 year warranty and usually outlast it. You can usually just hop it from this bike, to your next one, to your next one, and so on.
