Shock Problems????

How do i remove the silver spacer/bushings off the shock so i can install a new spring?

they should just slide off if they dont get some wd-40 and give it a squirt because there might be dirt and grease caking it on. but yer they just slide off so try and get some vicescips onto it.:)

Mate there were other bits which did slide off and they came off easy, but this part which just goes straight through doesnt seem to want to budge:confused:

shove it in there not to tight and slowly twist

yeah thats what i did, works well. Don't squeeze the vice to tight.
