Item: Shimano Saint rear derailleur RD-M800 medium cage, used
Location:Croydon, Melbourne Vic
Item Condition: good, bit scrached
Reason for selling: Don’t need it, already run one on my bike
Price and conditions: $30 ono
Extra Info: Comes with box, will trade for stuff just offer me what you have. extra $15 and a rear deore shifter is yours.

Pretty sure they don't because sram and shimano use different (1:1 vs 2:1) ratios, except for the sram attack shifters (i think) which can be run with a shimano mech (someone please correct this if its wrong).
Also, is it a rapid rise or regular saint?
