Posting Bikes

Hey Guys,

This may be a funny question but....

I'm looking at selling a bike to a friend interstate (I live in Vic, He lives in NSW)

For people who have organized postage before what do you think would be the going rate for postage of a Norco Hardtail, as I have never done it before.

I was thinking anywhere from $30-50???

Any help would be great.

this question has come up many many times...use greyhound..they are a coach company that travel interstate

Thread on this a few days ago- general concensus was to use greyhound freight on their bus services. Costs about $80 or so, according to what people were saying.

I got my Avanti hardtail boxed up at the LBS and posted through Australia Post from NSW (Wollongong) to QLD (Brisbane) for around $50 I think (postage cost only), and that included 2 extra tires in the box as well.
