I got my 5.1 Vivid today, all primed to put her on the SXII....
As some of you may be aware the Shock doesn't come with Spring or mounting hardware as an after-market purchase unless you order it prior and pay extra.
I knew all of this and took a gamble on the eyelet holes being the same as fox/5th.
They were, however the springs are not interchangeable!
The collars on the Vivid are 4mm larger in diameter than that of the Fox Collars, and hence the Ti spring I had lined up doesn't fit!
Apparently the genuine springs are only $50, so I'll have to order one of them.
Does anyone know if RS make a Ti version ?
