lowering argyle 302s

OK i have seen the post and pics of lowering but it is way to hard to follow i was just wondering if i could have a quick way of doing it and also so both the top caps come of because i could only seam to get one of lol thanks

It appears you can't even type so I doubt you'd have the hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude to perform such a thing yourself!

Ahh to put it easy once you get both top caps off take the plastic spacer under both top caps, take the dampening rods out them put the spacers under the rebound spring.

Give that a whirl, I havent had a look at the forks but my brother has and told me but couldnt be fucked to do it in more description.
