preferably downhill/ freeride; but because of the location where i live (couple of k's outside the Melbourne cbd) and constantly working parents it's hard to get to places. So mainly dirt jumps around melbourne; stuff i can get to by train etc.

Thats a Nice coiler,
I got one(o5), and trust me they can take ALOT MORE then people can think.
If ur looking to get to get brakes, dont get Avid codes (WAY too much power) but juicy 3s would be sweet (maybe 5s)
ride her hard mate

Hey nice upgrades Colin. I'm telling you to grease your bearings in your swing arm or the squeaking will get worse.

sweet as mate im lovin it!
if you keep it ss you should proply convert it, with a ss spacer kit, but i think you would need to keep the dereauller, because the swingarm dosent pivot at the bb

why do you have a derrailure and cassette with no shifter:confused:
i originally had gears, shifter and all; but i snapped the cable running from the shifter; andd i never really could afford to fix it for a while, then i discovered that i really like the simplicity of single speed. so i pretty much never got round to fixing it. Eventually, as i've said, i'm going to go single speed officially with tensioner and single speed kit. just need the money first :P
50 bucks for the DMR spacer kit and cog and $30 for the tensioner thing the guy said above.
