bmx seat ok for mtb?

hey guys, i want to upgrade my seat on my hardtail to a new seat and i ahve a new colony bmx seat sitting around. will this be ok on a mtb? wont be to small or look out of place?

Hey man, nar the bmx seat should be fine on a mtb as you sometimes see most mtbs with them.

dont forget rail size's... some BMX have 10mm cromo rails, while some MTB poles will only take 8 mm etc.

itl be fine, i used to run a bmx seat on my old bike and i didn't have any problems

Yep you wont look like a di**head with a BMX seat on, i always use BMX seats on my DJ as so do all my friends.

Also a lot more easy to find a sick looking BMX seat then a mtb seat..
