I was wondering if anyone was up for building some jumps in the research area?

http://maps.google.com.au/maps?q=Research,+VIC,+Australia&sa=X&oi=map&ct=title

^^ Google map of location

Anyway to the point one of the members on this forum has a huge block of land there and is currently building some downhill tracks but he also wants some dirt jumps built was wondering if anyone would like to head down there and build a nice dirt jump park

any way this is just a EOI but it would be good to have some nice farkin built jumps in a privet area so they will not be wrecked and be built right

im happy to drive up and give a lift to some people if need be but yeah as stated a EOI see if anyone else would be intrested

hey guys, you may be aware already, the jumps will be built on my property. follow the link.

if you are interested in coming to help build thats great, however, it will be some time (probably a month maybe more) before i can have these jumps built. the dirt that is there now needs to be flattened off so that jumps can be built on flat ground. if theres enough dirt left (which there should be) we can build the jumps but if there isn't then i'll have to get more.

also, at this point, i'm not sure if i will be needing help. i'm not sure how much work the bobcat driver is going to do. he may help make the jumps and then i could go and make the lips.

if you are interested feel free to PM me. i will keep updating this thread and the one in trail building to keep everyone in the know. but, as i said i don't really want people turning up every weekend with friends and other riders.

cheers, cameron

just a question, but how many people who help build would be wanted to return on a regular basis? i'm not sure if the parents would let me have heeps of people randomly turning up and riding bikes in my backyard. if theres only a couple then it's fine but if theres more then that then it might become a problem.

i'm happy for a couple of people to come back and ride but i'd need to know in advance and would have to make sure someone is home.

Hey mate, I live in Yarra Glen, and my mum works at the Research Poultry Farm if you know it? I'm definately there if you need any more builders. Please PM me if you need me.

Thanks,
James
