Quite a few people i know are using 721's, they are a pretty popular choice for djing and street. Have never ridden with them so im not in a position to judge them but by their popularity they are probably a fairly good rim.

Used 729s laced to some headspin hubs on my previous bike (which is now for sale) and they were perfect, never had an issue with them and never buckled or dinged them, as well as putting them through some hard times.

Hope what ive said has helped a little bit:)

Cheers

I've got a 721 on the back, and 729 up front. Great rims. I believe the 29 is a little lighter...
You won't have any concerns with these, providing they're built up well.

EX729 rims weigh 675 grams, 721's weigh 590 grams....Both are good rims for DH/FR/DJ and Street just decide how light you want to go.

Cheers guys,

I have 729's on my D/H bike and they are awesome ! I think I will go the 721 coz they are a bit lighter and cheaper !

im running 721 front and back of my ns suburban

its a greaat light affordable rim

and my spokes always seem to come out before my rim even starts to buckle

(when i try riding street and fail)

in other word the rim is good stongness n lightness is good
