hey guys

At the moment i am using the trading area a fair bit but i find it quite hard when people don't reply to private massages or check there post's. It is very annoying and i don't think these people are very that interested to be selling equipment if they don't reply so is it possible if the mods can make a automatic thing that delete's threads if they are not posted in by the thread owner every 2 weeks. this will make the trading area cleaner and more ideal. aswell when starting new threads to put the state initials in the heading as well as price this makes people who are buying parts and bikes more quicker.

e.g
$4000 08 Glory [QLD]

This is a suggestions does any one else find this frustrating. "i am just throwing it out there if you don't like it you can throw it right back" (anchorman)

Thanks Alec:)

We already have a function that does that, it moves stuff to "stale threads" after a certain period of time (not sure but I think a couple of months).

As for the heading things, yeah that'd be nice in a sense, but at the same time you can't put the whole ad's info into the heading. Given that most people seem willing to post, I think it's not too big a deal.

As for not replying to PMs or posts, there's absolutely nothing we can do about that.

Maybe one way of fixing this problem could be that when you start a For Sale/WTB thread, you are automatically subscribed to it, and can only un-subscribe when it is moved to the Sold section; seems plausible to me...........
