Hard Disk Saving Issues-PS3

Ok so I've lost the save from GTA San Andreas since moving from PS2 to 3, so I thought I'd download a save from the internet. Now I've found the save, which is a zipped folder, I try to download it but I can only download it to my USB there is no other options to save to the Hard Disk. So I tried downloading it onto my USB on the computer, downloaded it, unzipped it, put the USB into the console yet the save file doesn't come up anywhere in any menus or options on the PS3!

So can anyone give me any info or help?
