hay lads i am buying dmr trailblades on thursday. i am putting them straight on my stp zero 05 model will they fit? without me getting a new headset.
the forks are going from 05 dj2's 20mm to 07 dmr 20mm trailblades
will they fit :D

yes they will. you will probably need to cut down the steerer though.

thank you i am just worried as i swapped by bmx forks like a year ago and found out they both the forks where so loose. i just dont want to go buy these forks and find out i have to buy a new headset as money is tight at the moment as i just bought a gaming pc

there should be no reason it does not fit... the steerer widths are the same. and if you put the crown thingo on the new forks it will work with your hadset.

Same steerer tube size: 1 1/8"
Same axle size: 20 mm
Only thing that could go wrong is if you're buying the forks second hand and the steerer has been cut down too short to use with your frame, if you are: find out about the steerer size. Otherwise, you'll have to cut it down, but thats no issue.
