so, i was riding up at the half pipe, and i decided to do a no-footer for the first time, which was fine, i did it and had a half decent landing, riding home i felt like there was a clump missing out of my shoe sole, so i checked and there wasn't, so i checked my pedals, and half the thread is missing off the crank on one side.
Question is, what do i do? or do i have to buy new cranks? and if im doing that, should i buy a new bottom bracket as well?
if i have to buy new cranks, what do you recommend?, something that can handle downhill, free ride, street etc.
Thanks in advance

Can you please explain: "half the thread ias missing off the crank on one side". Use proper words and be specific.
What kind of cranks are they, what bike?

hey mate, i have the same problem, the name you are looking for is pedal insert. mine are coming loose aswell, to the point that my pedal feels like its falling off. i am afraid that there is no way to fix this problem.
as for cranks, there really are many, many different options, but to give you a good idea of what to get a budget will need to be specified.

for new cranks i would highly reccomend Shimano Hones or Saints as i have seen then on DH bikes and Par/ Street Bikes and i have owned a set myself.
