Avid & Shimano Adaptors

I currently ordered a rear XT Shimano Brake and stupidly I ordered the wrong size for the correlating disc size.

Now, the question is, will an Avid 160mm Disc adaptor fit a Shimano Caliper?

Any help is greatly appreciated :)

Yes you should be able to use the Avid Adaptor on the Shimano Caliper as both Avid and Shimano adaptors are 51mm IS to 74mm Post Mount.
