Hey Farkiners, i am just wondering if any of you can help me out in chosing a bike. I ride park/street and sometimes dirt.
I am keen on a Da Bomb XLR - 8R, i am wanting to know are they any good, are the light and feel nice to ride.
If anyone has information and could help me out, it would be hugely appreciated.
Thanks Cam

Hey Free Agent, they are awesome bang for the buck. I picked this frame up from CRC for a little over $200!! They ride really nice and if you buy the small size, very easy to manual, spin, flick, bunny! The one in the pick is the small - 14" seat tube! They look damn sexy too. Get the one with "jaguar" paint for something unique and different.

The small XLR8R only weighs 2.2kg - unlike cromo frames which are hard to get under 2.8kg...

Hey mate,
I used to ride a DaBomb Grenade, very very solid frame but a little on the heavy side, although it was made of cromo. I like riding DaBomb bikes as they are unique, not many people ride them, unlike STP's. The xlr-8r should be a good buy, dont know much about them but it should be wicked.
And if you do ever get back into riding downhill, i have a DaBomb Moab dh frame for sale. Check it :http://forums.farkin.net/showthread.php?t=122074 ;)

Personally, the Jag frame would suit me, the red one just doesn't do it for me, but your personal preference I guess.:D

Hey those Da Bomb frames look mad! How do they ride in comparison to an STP? Also everyone says that they are heavy?? are they much heavier than an STP0 frame??
