I know you advertised these as teams and in the photos I see no air valve, so what do you mean when you say everything has been changed due upgrade to WCs? ie, these still run a spring yeah?

I don't know the guuy selling these but i'm guessing.

He means when they got new lowers on them he got like the oil and seals repalced.:Edit:. and maxle.

And yes these still run a spring.

yeah still run a spring, and as chuckies_here said, the lowers, seals and maxle have been repalced and were serviced by sram.
