Night Train: $1600
Thunderbird: $1100

Both good bikes mate, i got my night train for $1280 so maybe you'll be able to get it cheaper. You should save up a bit more an get the night train over the thunderbird, Night Train has got better forks, brakes, cranks ect and it quite a bit lighter.

IMO the night train is better then any off the kona hardtails. its better in all aspects, better geo, better components and its cheaper by the sounds of it too. so does that mean your going to be a better rider with craper geo and worse parts?

nah but pro riders thrash their bikes and then they customise them to take a thrashing and then normal people buy them and they can take anything people give them. lol IMO. I like pretty much all bikes so its all good. thanks
