Hey all you Farkiners out there,
Me and a mate live down on the far south coast, the Eurobodalla shire and i was wondering if there was anyone that would wanna get together for a ride or know of any good tracks near Batemans Bay, Mogo, Mourya, Bodalla, Narooma, Tilba or Bermagui.
Anything would be appreciated!
Cheers

Big fella, you are spoilt for options.

Check out http://www.wildhorizons.com.au/ - these guys organised two Polaris events on the south coast and have tops topo maps based around Murramarang and Narooma. Into the bush on the western side of the highway above the mill north of Narooma opens up into some great trails with interlinking singletrack. The strip in the Nat Park from Bawley to Pebbly beach is full of fast fire trails, some hard climbs and some very quick descents and worth the effort, esp coming off the trig point on Mt Murramarang. There is a fair bit of linking single track cut in by moto riders that is easy to follow in there too, especially behind Kioloa. The easments are good as well through there - they look pretty open but the trails themselves are good value. On the Western side of the highway there are solid rides up to pigeon house and south to the Clyde river.

There are great trails on both the eastern and western sides of Mogo (a la Angry Doctor course, there would be maps somewhere, try Aroc?) with lots of quality singletrack. I've heard of good stuff in Bermagui but not had the chance to find it.

A bit further north, check in with the SCUM boys (www.scum.asn.au) they have some good courses south of Nowra and organise a lot of rides and races.
