yea i know because the x7 is only a 8 speed cassete. thats why im putting it off untill it breaks. lol. its an awsome bike at a great price and not to heavy at all

just got my funn bars and i am ordering a direct mount stem soon.
moved the shock to the 8inch+ pivot. makes so much difference. i am really enjoying this bike

Well seeing you have started with the green lock on's, maybe you could purchase a Lime Green E-13 LG-1 or SRS and then if you could find some green rims, that would probably look pretty cool.

If you didn't want that, then white is always a pretty nice colour, so you could get white E-13 LG-1 or SRS, white SDG seat and some white rims, MTX maybe.

Not really sure, I guess that would look alright, but nice looking bike, I really do like these new norco's, they would be a great little bike. ;)

i have decided, Straightline jeff lenosky limited edition green. i rang my lbs store today and asked him to order me in a set. the bar and stem combo is awsome and the front end is nice and low.

yea man, buy it that is a real good price. i think its a great DH bike, it does have the same frame as the team DH just lower componentry. i have only upgraded bar and stem, soon pedals. but yea i think you should buy as mine hasnt let me down yet.

Siik Bike Jack. There one of the best bikes for the money in 08 for sure.

Keep the upgrades posted. And get a mint LG1 with some 08 Saints IMO :)

yea man its awsome, bars stayed about same position. Just got lower, makes the bike feel alot better for Dh i reckon. I got the funn Fatboy bars and Funn Boxxer direct mount stem.
Worth the change i reckon mate and it also looks bloody good

Well the Codes are fully worn in now and i must say they have some power. i love them, the whole bike is running smoothly atm and when my hardtail sells i might consider soem more upgrades. But money is tight for me at the moment, so as soon as the hardy sells i will be very happy.

I would probably rather the atomik and do the upgrades he has. Also People don't always have the cash for an a line and there wasn't any in the shop.

his pedals were $160 off tbsm, I have got a team DH which is the same sorta thing and they were obliviously not made for climbing but when you compare them to any other DH bike they are the same. If your looking for a climber and something to decent on I would get something like a Norco Six or a Kona Stinky.
