2001 Z1 Marzocchi's Arch bolts?

I just got a pair of 2001 Z1 mcr and they are missing the arch bolts which are also the rim brake posts. Tried a standard size brake post and bolt but the thread is slightly to tight. Both bolts are a standard bolt for a 5mm hex would this slightly smaller thread be imperial. Do I need to source the original bolts?

I've got a set off some old forks somewhere ... ill have a look at them, size them up.

From memory the 01 is a 3 piece lower, yeah? If so, you definitely need original bolts as they hold the entire fork together - without them you may have a problem ;)
