Any of the following...

KHE Geisha (Lite)
Federal
Roller Coaster
Reloader
Nankai

They'll all hold up if you look after it man.

This was on page 2 of the bmx forum, http://forums.farkin.net/showthread.php?t=134592 I didnt even search. At least have a quick look around dude... these threads are useless. Do some research on bmx-forum, or even on here before you ask a question thats been asked and answered a million times before, especially only recently. peace

freecoaster without work = chainless lol
ive had my federal for ages (purple) and its held up fine but when u start letting cassete riders ride ur bike thats when ur up for new bearings
ive gone through 2 sets (there only $20 per set so its not that big of a deal)
but pull it apart at least every 2 weeks depending on how much u ride and grease her up.
watch ur knees on the stem lol when getting used to the slack
cheers

the thread i posted asking about freecoasters was about the 7 millionth.

so this would have to be atleast the 9 millionth?

anyway me bitching isnt going to help.

the ones with a 3 peice axle are generally the most reliable if you dont overtighten the driver side stud. (these are khe geisha and geisha lite)

other than that there is the new reverse. ACB one not the old one.

federal is alright but the newer reverse or geishas are the way to go IMO.

and yea people that try ride them and are retarded fuck your hub. dont share your bike round heaps because everyone does the same thing and its you that gets a fucked hub.

and btw if you go to a bearing shop not a bike shop the bearings are only like $6
