so i need to replace my rear wheel and naturaly ive been looking at danscomp. im going to buy a stockwheel because its cheaper and so im just wondering if u guys know a specific wheel setup thats really good, right now im looking at this one:

btw i was just wondering what it means by LHD and RHD when refering to the driver, seeing as the wheel comes in both im not sure which my bike is set up for atm. e.g. 10T driver (LHD) or 10T Driver (RHD)
RHD - Right Hand Drive
LHD - Left Hand Drive
And that wheel looks pretty good.
Never heard of the brand though (Y)

you dont know if wheel is on rhs or lhs?
its simple when you sit on bike is sporket on left side or rite side? thats your answer, what size sproket do you have and il be able to tell you wat size driver you need

atm im running a 35T sprocket with a 13T driver, since im getting a 10T driver with my new wheel set-up im probably going to buy a 28T sproket. what do u rekon?

Sounds good.
But, if you want about the same gearing as you used to have but just smaller cogs, you can do is divide your original gearing (35/13)
Old Gearing
= 35
= % 13
= 2.69
New Gearing
= 28
= %10
= 2.8
Old Gearing = 2.7
New Gearing = 2.8
What I think you should get = 2.7 (27t front 10t rear)
I don't even think you can get 28t... Correct me if I'm wrong, and if you want about the same gearing but smaller cogs I'd go with a 27t front.

Best way to work out gear ratios is the following:
Closest to 55 wins:
FRONT SPROCKET {DIVIDED BY} REAR COG {MULTIPLIED BY} WHEEL SIZE
so for instance, 28/10 X 20 = 56.
That's pretty much the easiest way to work out any form of singlespeeding.

so looks lime im getting:

and

any idea what those would cost if i bought them here? because seeing as im using danscomp i want to see if the money im saving buying american parts is cancleled by the high shipping and handling cost.
You would have to look around at different bike stores to try and get a good price. But, the wheel, around 250? And the sprocket, 50? I'm not really sure.
But, if I were you, I would buy the parts from a bike store, because the shipping charges for the wheels is massive.
Or, just buy the same hub and rim, get it over, and lace it here. That would be cheaper shipping from dans

that was my plan to begin with but there are no stores in Adelaide with good bmx parts, and unfortunately i dunno how to lace a wheel and a bike shop will charge me $90 (i checked) so yeah ordering the whole wheel from danscomp is the only real option since i cant get the parts here in adelaide and paying for it to get laced just makes it pointless getting them seperate.

order the whole wheel and the sprocket from danscomp, use a discount code to save lyk 20 bucks, and you should be right
note that the hub in AUS will be up to 250 and the rim is probably 120, and the sprocket would be up to 100, so you are saving a shit load
