Well I finally snapped the shitty fuse 4 cranks I have been running.
So now im obviously up for a new set. I want something that is fairly light yet strong. I like the look of the macneil conjoined cranks, was hoping rhys or anyone else could give me some feedback on them.
Wombolts, conjoined, profile? etc etc

ide go for wombolts or profiles for sure. Profile usually is pretty good at replacing their cranks when they snap.

Go for the macneil cranks. All i do is hop roof gaps to moving semi trailers and they havnt bent or worn any.

My personal experience has been with Profiles and WTP Royales. Neither did anything but go round and not break, but the WTP's were a fair bit heftier. I'd be happy with either. I did put a dent in the end of my profiles buggering up a grind, but that was my own stupid fault.
That all said I weigh SFA and am fairly smooth.

Had no issues with my conjoineds.
But if I was to buy new cranks tomorrow I'd get twombolts.

Yeh, was looking at the twombolts. Although, on strcitly they only have them in red or white. I would order them through work anyway, but makes me wonder if bmx inter even have black. Bit expensive to. meh, thanks lads.

Don't get medials, just about everyone I know who has had them (me included) has bent them within a month..
Get profiles, they have the best reputation and have a lifetime warranty(I think..) and they are sex.

if i had the choice again, i'd go WTP Royals over the Profile Races i chose.
i used to have royals and they were so awesome, i really regret selling them (but then again i wanted a shorter crank).

nothing really, except i have the same problem with arete. the profiles didnt come with flush bolts and i've screwed up a fair few grinds/stalls so now the lip around the bolt end of my crank is all mangled, so i can only fit the shifter bolt in one end of the cranks.
Redline monster cranks.
really strong and light
will...

medials = shit
If mine were bent to the point i couldn't run em anymore, I'd hit up Flys.

get flys!!
KHE Hindenburg 2pce Street Crank
As light as many Ti axle cranksets, but still using strong, relaible Cr-Mo axle.
Standard and Nano drive compatible.
The hollow 19mm axle and tubular Cr-Mo L/H arm are welded in one piece (to save the joint-boss and bolt fixing weight)
Right side joint in a conventional one-bolt 48T slide-spline fitting, so keeping the BB systems relatively standard.
Tech:
Hindenburg 2pc
175 mm arm length
Weight: Crankarms with axle: 744 g / 1.64 lbs
4130 Cromoly arms with 19 mm 48T hollow axle
Standard and Nano drive compatible.
Uses conventional Torque bolt drive and also KHE designed "Nano" drive (for down to 20T chainwheel)
Color: Black or White

Really....... funny, as the distributor I have only seen 1 pair break....... and not from down south.
Considering I weigh 85kgs and am "super smooth" and I have been on the same set for the last year and had no issues, plus quite a few other guys that I know run them with no issues, I would like to know why we had no contact for a possible warranty?
Stuff breaks eventually..... but as to if it was a manufacturing fault or " just riding along" or absue.... is a complete different point.
