Opinions: RockShox Monarch 4.2

I'm after a 6.5" eye-to-eye (165mm), 1.5" stroke (38mm) air sprung shock.
I'm considering a RockShox Monarch 4.2 (Motion Control lockout/adjustable threshold).
I can get the Monarch for about $330 (plus postage, but I'll get a few other things with it).
Opinions? Problems? Let me know your experience.
