shimano m486 brakes, anyone used them before

hey all i've been looking around for a set of brakes for my ns metropolis, i was thinking shimano deore but with an ebay search came up with these. I tried researching a bit but nothing overly helpful does anyone have any first hand knowledge of what these brakes are like, better or worse than deore
