Look forward to it!
This will be my first club champs. Does the format change in any way, or is it just like a normal club round with better prizes! :p

Like triple points for winning, so instead of being last in 3 different grades I get a chance?
Less points for sandbaggers also.

I've heard through word of mouth (I.E. mum) that there will also be the Sydney Singlespeed Championships also held during this race event, is this true?
Also how will it work? Run a separate race after?

there isn't too many places at yellomundee that you will run out of your current gearing .just before the farm house mainly the rest of it you should be able to pedal the whole way around .

Came back with all my money, a fixed hub, a 15t on the back and perfect tension. :D:D:D
32:15 now, it sure feels faster, might be my mind playing tricks though!

Got a very satisfying 2nd in singlespeed and then somehow managed to take out the handicap race to take home a new set of wheels. :D:D
Soo a massive thankyou goes to Pivot Cycles and JetBlackProducts for giving me such a lovely wheelset and some other cool rewards and for supplying everyone at the event with great prizes! I've already got them on the bike and they are BEAUTIFUL. :D:D

i had a great day. thanks to everyone that put the
effort into setup/rego jetblack prod... etc etc.
man... it was hot and that was a hard course imho.
pretty technical with a few descent climbs.
i was quiet disappointed with my own results.
i think i came quiet low C-Grade but i guess i haven't
really been racing much. only my 5th race ever and
third at yellomundee.
loved it though. looking forward to completing an
entire season next year in C-Grade even if i am
at the blunt end of the field.
PS. the details for the 4 hr series were on the post
of the shade pavilion as you registered.
sorry can't remember the details
PPS. thanks for the free sausage sandwich.

i did forget to say well done to andrew lumley.
its really nice to participate in a sport where the
front runners aren't so far up their own rear derailluer
that they couldn't be bothered thanking the slower
bastards like myself who move over for them.
especially since they must spend the majority of their
race saying "on your xxxx" & "thanks".

I'd just like to heap a bit more praise on WSMTB and MWMTB for hosting such a fantastic series. It's encouraging to see such turnout at the club level. I always like Yarramundi a little more every time I race it, and yesterday's track managed to incorporate all my favourite bits, such as Lumley's climb, which makes me nostalgic for Arcadia.
Also thanks to Jet Black and Alchemist's Surly Singlespeed Continuum for the enormous pile of mostly drinkable loot I staggered away with.
Cheers
