Riding on Sunday/New to Brisbane

Hi everybody

Anyone going riding on Sunday? I moved to Brisbane recently and our bikes have just arrived this week form overseas so I am really keen to go for a ride. Since I am really new to the area it would be great if somebody could show me some tracks and take me along for a ride.

Ride DH and Freeride/Enduro

Live in Sandgate but have a car (unfortunately not any good for shuttling) so I could meet people anywhere in and around Brisbane

hey, i just finished builiding up my bike, im so pumped to ride but i dont know where to..

Na, I have a Rocky Mountain RMX and a Cannondale Gemini.
Still really keen to go riding on Sunday but we should probably figure out where to go...Do you know any traks? If your keen give me a call tomorrow and we can make some plans...

Go to the Bunya area situated between Albany Creek and Everton Hills. Look for the Jinker Track as a starting point. Trails either side, can't get lost.

Jinker track is a bit of a waste of a day in my opinion, you spend most of you time walking back up the trails that are only like 60 seconds long, if you like xc, jinker track for sure but not overly(sp) fun if you ask me.

Agree whole heartedly! A mate took me there a couple of weeks ago, saying how awesome it as etc etc etc - we ride FR/DH :mad:
