G'day, I'm looking for a bit of help in finding some face painting equipment.

I'm after something to completely cover my face in white, I'm thinking paint but I reckon a powder would work just the same. I was wondering where I would be able to get my hands on both white and black paints suitable.

What I'm planning to do is cover my face in white and then put black onto that. I will be covering my eye in black and then make it seem like its bleeding. I'm basing this off a guy in a video, so I've got 2 shitty screenshots of what it roughly looks like to help, sorry they're so bad. I'm not doing the full thing that he has, only the eye and the dripping.

Can anyone help?

Homer: Now you're ready for a night on the town. [holds up a mirror]

Marge: [gasps] Homer! You've got it set on "whore".

Homer: Okay, this time try to keep your nostrils closed.

[Homer points the gun at her, but she pushes it away from her face. A vaguely face-shaped blotch of make-up stains the wall]

Homer: Oh, look what you did. Now I have to go get my cold-cream gun.

Lisa: Dad, women won't like being shot in the face.

Homer: Women will like what I tell them to like!

This was too good to resist.

do you mind if i ask why you would need face paint like that.. aslo, the slipknot rthym guitrist (if thats what you want to call him) has paint that looks like its dripping from his eyes or whatever.. maybe theres some inspiration;)

Use proper makeup, bug a chick about it... get her to help you with it too and ogle at her boobies ;)
You can buy facepaint from arts stores, also costume hire places and theatre-orientated stores will help. Unfortunately facepaint can't stand the perils of being grim and metal, hence why proper makeup is better as it won't run or smudge half as easily.

Pretty sure that shitloads of white foundation and a stack of black mascara will be more than ample for your needs. Post pics, preferably with Immortal-esque posed

I'm gonna rip you such a big one for this on msn, dude.

Use white foundation, then paint over that with black body paint.

I've decided just to go with a shitload of black eyeliner and some white foundation if I can find some. :)

Check out the graf thread. Some of those guys might be able to help you. Cut you a stencil and jsut spray it on.

But, on a more helpful note. Get a girl to help out. I was in a perfomance and the girls had a great time giving the guys make up. And the end result was we didn't look like complete hacks, only slightly weird. I'm sure a femal friend will be willing to lend a hand
