I just did an assinment about effects of heart by caffeine and exercise (i got HR graphs from the XC forum). Caffeine will stay in your blood and effect you for up to 7 hours. However, It is at full strength after about 1 hour. just a side note, low amounts of caffeine will reduce your hear rate, but high amounts (like 5 cups of coffee one after the other) will increase your heart rate.

You're supposed to put the Rohypnol in the other person's drink.

I stopped drinking coffee because I get too gittery on the stuff. Not sure why, but it seems to have a greater effect on me than most people. I had been a big coffee drinker for a long time so it took a while to get off it and normalize - Mind you, I still drink rebulls occasionally to look super cool and for some reason I feel fine drinking that stuff.
