I suggest some additional foam padding in the lid ... to get rid of some of the worst of the helmet bobble.

Other then that got it set pretty good

And try and cover the mic with some foam too, or mute the vid audio and add some music ;)

But it comes out pretty darn good. Will have to do some more with that cam :)
