Extra Info: the guy that used to sell it on here and going awol, i cant find any on ebay, and yes ive tried searching, even if someone can point me a direction somewhere online, in australia preferred though

I normally go into autobarn/repco and buy the stuff they use for headlight/bonnet protectors. Last lot I got was on clearance for $3, two strips of 400 x 150mm.

alternatively you could use clear contact. It may not be as thick but it will do the job, and as it is cheaper you could replace it more often.

hahah i used to be a car detailer and fitted a few of these, but i never even thought of that!
