Would you recommend me to get a stinky, norco 4 by 4, or atomik?

I'd be using it mainly for DH but i guess i'd need to be able to get back up the hill at times....

all suggestions much appreciated ... i want a new bike as soon as possible :D

I got a 04 Stinky. Great bike for the price. Feels a bit more versatile than the Atomik which I also looked at. Good for anything you throw at it, it goes hard. Forks are nice and plush, wheels are pretty decent. Apparently the geometry isnt so good for full on DH (I havent proved this theory yet)....Ive also heard that the Atomiks have had problems with the rear shocks.. If you want a good freeride/jump bike the Stinky will suit ya. If u wanna get into full blown DH I dunno if it would be the right bike. But I really like mine. the 4by can definantly pedal back up to the top of the hill when its done. Good for the drops, ok for the DH and great for the jumps. Atomic 'pedals like a slug' and wouldnt be that cool to whip around on rythems... Cant say much about the stinky, havnt ridden one for any serious length of time.

Go for the Norco Atomic cos it's got more travel on the front than the ohters and its got a good strong frame. It might be heavy to go back up the hill but it will alot more fun and faster going down the hill.[/u]
