Ti isn't that flexy. Maybe slightly oversize the tubing and thin the walls, similar to aluminum. I doubt you would even need to do that. Like you say probably not practical, but this is the 'Dream Bikes' thread so any thing goes.

i wouldent mind swapping the King for a Silver King headset , the Thompson stem also swapped for a silver one and get a Silver Thompson seat post. I would also probably put Saint cranks on it and Silver DeeMax if it's gonna be a dream bike, but i like it as it is, the only chages would be for asthetic reasons.
