ignore list question: new content

hey mods,

any chance we can get a "add user to ignore list" option in the drop down menu when you click on their user name?

i think it used to have one but its no longer there? would make life easier to block the idiots that are appearing more frequently.

edit 27th: Mods, will people still be in my ignore list even if their user name gets changed? just curious. guess is the ignoring that members coding or the user name itself?

Yer seems good but how would it help in the forums as such. Like would it come up on the thread with like a little icon showing that the user has posted in this thread or what. Or is it just a suggestion that youve just put out there. I would like to see this work.

we have an ignore feature already but you have to go into user cp- edit ignore list and type in the users name- their posts are then blanked out and you even up scanning over their post- great for people like rip_it07/mexicans 4 lyf or whatever his username is. its like that kind of idiotic level is no longer on here, my list is growing but a majority of farkers remain unblocked.

new question mods: just with abit of name changing happening id like to keep the people ive got blocked stay blocked.
