They look like totem.

Anyway mate, that's a farkin awsome bike IMO, alway's had a slight fetish for on-one framed bikes, there so simple, yet so sexy.
Simple Sexiness on wheels there.

Nice bike!
looks like you need a better suited frame though :)

damnit i want some arachnids! without a doubt the worldiest SEXIEST pedal, always wanted them but coldnt ever justify the price!

i want a review and a silver set..

get some close ups on the those pedals- but overall that whole bike is nice you need some of the saw floating rotors to finish it though.

how are the kowas too man?

very nice.

I must admit the frame looks a tad girly but it has done about a 7' drop to off camber rock with no drama and does regular short DH courses. With those forks the HA is around 65deg but comes back to around 67 when the forks are dropped for climbing.

I had a .243DH frame before this but this frame shits all over it in every aspect and they only cost about $450.

The weight is around 16.5kg but could drop heaps if I could be arsed, I got sick of breaking parts so everything is super tough, as this thing sits (with new bar and stem) seems to be unbreakable.

I like your matching allen key set, too.

They are around $1200 but I think Rod (No Skid Marks) still has somea at a reduced price.

They are stiff, simple, plush and made in Japan all up they are a great fork that are super simple to set up. I'm also gettin a set of Kowa 200si this week too for my Dh build which will see my On-One lose some bits.

I really want those forks, how do you find the travel adjust feature?

fairy1

The travel adjust is great, turn the knob 180deg push down, turn the knob back, done! No matter what height is set the spring rate and damping rate stays the same.
The travel adjust on these is better than my Maguras which are only good for climbing once dropped, the Kowas are more like the Rock Shox arrangement with a floating piston setup which allows you to jump or ride XC when the travel is dropped.

Mmm Darkcycles Aracnacid pedals! I had a gander at their site a while back and drooled over many an item including those pedals, except the shipping from Canada killed the dream. Nice Ride!

Although an ass hatchet, the Fizik Freek looks like it would be really good for barspins. Could anybody verify this?

The Freek is a piece of shit stay away, I was the first person to break one, I flipped my bike on the driveway and it split up the middle. The new seat they have out is much better, the Freek is just plastic and pinches every nerve you have.

Bike was stripped to build the Balfa, so the On-One is getting built up light and tough but will now be single speed. Should weigh 13-13.5kg wih six inch forks and heaps of other tough bits.
