i just recently got new armor mechanical calipers about 3 weeks ago and they needed a bit of adjusting as any new brakes do. the lattest problem is that when the calipers are grabbing the discs, the force is somehow pushing them crooked and bending my discs. this makes for a pretty shitty ride when braking hard. any ideas? i feel they arnt adjusted right but no matter what i do i cant fix it.

Ull either have to space the caliper over with washers untill it doesnt do it anymore. OR If the brakes can have one of the pads screwed in, screw it in so its just close to the rotor that will stop it from bending over.

But i would say the first thing (spacers) will sove your problem.

yeah thats got to be the down point on mechanical disc ive got some pair of crappy tecktros, and i have the same problem, becuase its only one moveing pad which puches the rotar on to the other pad (which u probaly knew), i have just learnt to live with the iner pads rubbing ther fore u get real close brakes and no bent rotars :D(there should be a screw on the back of calipers next to the spokes from my knowlegde)
