I have a friend with one of these frame and it fells so nice and it also pedals well, i find you don't often get bikes with both good feel and good pedalling efficiency.

Pfffft, as if its a shame:p Nah but really, i think we should have a moment of silence and think about his boxxers...... Then make him buy some 888 WC's.

get a smaller cluster

Have sort of thought about it, But really I have no issue with whats on it at the moment. Feels awesome as is, so I really dont see a point in changing it at the current time.

Update..
So I stripped my stem the other day, took it to the shop down the road and they tried to re thread it. He then said it would need replacing (Honestly dont think the guy had a clue tbh), but im pretty sure that a Engineer shouldnt have any issues helicoiling it so I'll head down there soon to get it done.
Just incase though Ive been having a look at other DH/FR stems, Suggestions?

Nice bike. How does ther rear shock ride on the black diamond, how much different is it to the coil?
Tom.

Cheers for the comment,
I havent ridden a whole lot on coil shocks so I cant really give you a spot on answer but the air shock feels really solid. Not as good as soaking up the tiny bumps as a coil but it still does the job pretty well. I was a bit weary when I was looking at the bike as it had an Air shock but now Im so glad I bought it - Very easy to set up right, Light and soaks up everything that it needs to. Couldnt be happier.
