Good XC tracks, not too much challenging there. Depends what you're after. Personally there a bit boring, they're too flat, there are too many tights wearers getting around them & I hate uphills.

Yeh i do agree with you there, they need to be steeper + mostly downhill. The times i have been there hasn't been many other people there, so yeh thats lucky for me :)
Its not really a dh place, but good for training.
Try sprinting 'creek track' (from the start point off jinker track near collins rd end) to the midway point. This'll get ya lungs ready for race runs with the speed ya pushing the mild features give ya technique a slight workout also. Then get ya breath back whilst cruising along kokoda track. When ya get to the top and have had a breather theres another fun sprint to be had, pedal hard and fast and make ya way to 'carnage' and work on ya cornering all the way down...push hard.
Sprint training over, go home.

hahaha i havent ridden there before, but apparently last thursday afternoon 6 dudes jumped some guy and stole heaps of stuff from him and bashed him, then a few days later tried to light this lady and her son on fire with petrol. So i wouldnt go near that jinker track lol.

Heard about the guy getting lit on fire, was a shock to me as i ride there all the time.
Jinker is mainly XC nothing very challenging there but it keeps me fit :D.
