The Final round for The Mountain Bike 4X SUPER SERIES takes places on Sunday 9th November at Toowoomba. The track is located within the Toowoomba Show Grounds, Glenvale Rd, Toowoomba.

4X Rego will be open from 10am-12:30pm with Practice from 10am till 12:45pm. Gate practice from 11:45am-12:45pm. Racing will start at 1:15pm. Aaa Shop fitting has kindly donated the Prize Money for Elite Men for all the rounds. There is a $450 Prize Pool for this category for the Toowoomba Round, one of the larger pools available in both 4X & BMX Australia Wide.

Prizes for the categories have been sponsored by IRIDE Bike Shop as well as some other prizes kindly donated by The Chesney Family. Flash Point Promotions along with The Toowoomba Mountain Bike Club are organising the event. The event is a MTBA supported event.

Sponsors, Bern Helmets will be giving away a helmet to 2 lucky riders who attended all 3 Series races at this event. This will be draw randomly. Series Winners will also be presented at the conclusion of the race as well as heaps of free giveaways from IRIDE Bike Shop and Flash Point Promotions.

Norco Performance Bikes, are also sponsoring the event and have given a Mountain Bike that is being raffled off over the 3 races. This will also be drawn at this event.

$30 Race Entry for all categories ($15 for MTBA licence if required). Food and Drink will be available for purchase on the day. For more details please contact Sarsha Huntington on sarsha@flashpointpromotions.com.au or call on 0438 727 742.

Please note, that a MTBA license is required to race the series. You can acquire this by upgrading your BMX license to both a BMX & MTBA license for only $36, but you must have at least 3 months left on it. You need to do this with your current club, so contact your secretary for more details. If you do not wish to use this option, you can purchase a day MTBA racing license for only $15, at registration.

Bike Requirements:
All bikes must be presented upon registration and riders will not be given a start plate until their competition bike fulfils the requirements as stated below.

1. All bikes used in mountain cross competition must have two working brakes, one front and one rear
2. All bikes must be fitted with handlebar plugs.
3. All bikes must, additionally, have at least 2 of the following 3 characteristics:
26"" wheels front and rear
Functional front suspension
More than one working rear gear

Down Hill Rig bikes must have 7inchs of travel front and rear to compete in this category.

Just to let everyone know, everything should be as per usual & TMBC will be running a canteen with food and drinks.

To the best of my knowledge, i don't think that there is.

To help speed up rego on the day, bring correct change & fill out your rego form before you get in the que to pay.
