Currumbin Waters dweller here. That 10 acres in Talle sounds good...

i got another 10 acre property out talley valley. there is a fire trail beside my hill that runs all the way to the top, needs a bit of clearing but can be made into a shuttle track for runs... there is no Dh track yet(too lazy to make one) but place has good potential.
