nice work
mackay is and always has been a sick place to go race, rockyash back me up in saying its rough as hell and hard on bike and body and even though its not steep its fast as hell and that jump ends the track nicely. 2yrs ago when that jump was a proper double i landed it flat. it measured out to be something absolutely stupid and it hurt soooo much. pity mackay is closed now. the Eve's family ran a good setup there. good luck to lil Ayden Eve's at the worlds to!

Nope. Out of 30-odd riders, only Ash and that Darren Olezeienadfoiasdflnaweuaertippasvnn fella were clearing it like that.

Not really hey. The fastest guys were jumping to about halfway and sprinting from there til the line, about 50m. Downhillers mustn't like jumping, I don't get it :? .

It looks like you could launch on to the flat top part of the landing without much hassle, fair distance to boost it the way that dude is though.......

Nah.. too scared they were gonna wipe out after a wicked run :D. If you've got the speed, you'll clear it, but most didn't even have the speed. There's a long, sketchy, loose corner leading up to the lip, it's pretty hard to hit fast without sliding out. Keeping low might be faster sometimes, but not on this jump.

It's hard to accelerate in the air. Going huge may earn you style points but staying low, getting the back wheel on the ground and pedalling like Fark will win you races  ..... Or so I'm told

its pretty easy to flat land that jump if u pedal the 3 courners b4 it but it was better alst year cause it had more lip on it so u would go like twice as high! pitty i could only do one race run cause my ankle made friends with a rock lol
come ride cairns tracks we got bigger jumps!
