ok, i'll call it a dicussion, addressing points to argue a case, with a clearly defined introduction and conclusion. Not unlike an essay.
as for what DRM stands for, hows about a google or two?

That was written by Cory Doctrow no? (it's the only name I can find on the doc). Is he the one behind Creative Commons? Very interesting concept. Steve Kinneane (sp?) did an interview with him a few weeks ago.
That was a very interesting, albeit biased talk, I'm an especially big fan of the pirate references, ARRRR! :D
