Lately people have been posting 100 in excess of 400 posts in the space of a couple of months. I was thinking you could restrict the emount of posts you could do in a day/week/month. What do you guys think?

Are you going to sleep less at night if*insert user name here* posts more than 6 times a day? Is it going to affect the performance of your day-to-day life? No, I didn't think so.
