Eildon 4X track

I just want to know if you can ride eildon 4X track any time you want. I'm pretty sure it's on public land, but i just want to make sure as me and some mates might drive up this saturday to have a ride there.

Also, if anyone has been up there lately, can they say what condition it is in.

No you cant ride it, theres wooden beams across heeps of the track to stop guys ridding on it.
