Here's my ride...04 avanti hotdog.
It's stock except for Boxguide and Blackspire 38 ring.
I'd like to upgrade the forks and brakes in the near future but at the moment its new pedal time. What are your preferences for pedals? any suggestions?

Specs:
Marzocchi MZ Comps
Truvativ Hussefelt cranks
Truvativ Boxguide
Alex DM 24 rims on some no name hubs
Shimano V's
Shitty wellgo pedals
8 speed, Alivio Derailleur
Blackspire 38 tooth ring
what do you think?

If you are after pedal info

Go for the Syncros ones purely cause they look unreal. May be a bit pricey, you dont mind having to sell your gf do you?

That's one hell of a sweet bike. Is there any difference beween the Hotdog and Manic frames?

i think youll find the manic has v brake mounts, dont they?, as when i was looking for a new bike a shop offered to build me a hotdog with manic frame, which they said was simply a different colour and you get to say you own a manic 8)
correct me if im wrong though....
