5th EL settings on a BB7?

Just want to know what settings you guys are running on your Balfa BB7s, why, and how much you way. I would like to know how many turns on each knob,how much pressure, how much sag, and what weight spring. Thanks, I just want to get it dialled a bit quicker.

If no one can help you out directly, I can recommend an e-mail to TFTuned shocks in the UK. Just send him all your details, weight, height, bike and fork etc and he will e-mail back in a couple of days with his recommendation.

I went with 4 different recommendations on my 5th and was not happy but then set it up to Tim's recommendations and it was like a new bike. Well worth while.
