No i think he is specificaly looking for a 28.6 stem. I think thats the idea of the post.

30.8 is oversized bar, 25.4 is standard. 28.6 refers to 1&1/8th steerer?

So you want a standard stem that runs a 31.8 bar? Theres HEAPS out there :)

Amoeeba/Azonic tried to set an oversized standard a while back at 28.6 before this current tend now . He's managed to pick up a pair of these unusual bars , so if anybody has an equally unusual stem please help him out .
